Divorce and Child Custody

Divorce

Divorce investigators are often used to help determine who caused the marriage to end. In some states, adultery laws are prominent in divorce proceedings, and therefore, the use of an investigator will provide proof of infidelity. They also discover any assets that either may be split or solely awarded to a particular spouse.

Child Custody

Divorce can be a nasty and emotionally taxing process to go through, made even harder when children are involved. Our main concern at Prime One is the well-being and interest of the child(ren). The court will look at the parents' lifestyles and stability to make their decision. They will also consider whether either parent has a criminal record, evidence of neglect or abuse, history of violent behavior, abuse of alcohol or drugs, and many other factors.

Sometimes but not always, your ex will fabricate lies to deceive the judge into allowing them greater custody rights. Often they will accuse you of the same reckless behavior they themselves partake in. If you know your ex is engaging in dangerous behavior but you, have no proof, we can help you get the proof you need. â€‹
